Delete your Lustra account

Permanent deletion is completed through the verified in-app account flow so another person cannot delete your data by knowing your email address.

If you can sign in

  1. Open Lustra and go to Profile.
  2. Select Delete account.
  3. Review what will be removed and confirm the permanent deletion request.
  4. Wait for the completion screen before closing the app.

If you cannot sign in

  1. Use Forgot password on the Lustra sign-in screen.
  2. Complete account recovery using your account email.
  3. Return to Profile and use the verified deletion flow.
Subscription warning
Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple, Google, or web subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through the billing provider.
